Counselling is a talking therapy that involves a trained counsellor who actively listens to you and helps you discover ways of dealing with life issues and common mental issues.

  • Short term (6-10 sessions)
  • Ongoing Counselling

  • Online Counselling – from your own home (subject to availability)
  • Walk & Talk, Thursdays & Fridays (subject to availability)

What to expect:

  • First session is a counselling assessment, to assess your needs & goals
  • 6-10 counselling sessions recommended initially, ongoing support if required
  • End your sessions any time you wish to
  • If you want to see if you can work with me first please book an introduction session
