Counselling is a talking therapy that involves a trained counsellor who can actively listen to you and help you discover ways of dealing with common life issues and common mental issues such as depression and anxiety.

There are three key things to explore in counselling: your relationship with you, with others and with your past. It’s not about looking back, it’s about connecting to present emotions. That’s when change happens.
